QA & Validation Engineer

Prove the rail behaves correctly — validation, reconciliation testing, release gates.

You will be the evidence that the rail is correct before it ships. This is validation in a financial-integrity context: reconciliation testing, edge-case design, and release gates that hold.

What you'll own

• Design validation and reconciliation test suites for money movement.
• Own release gates and the criteria that block a ship.
• Build automated checks that prove correctness, not just coverage.
• Document defects and evidence with precision.

What we look for

• Strong QA/validation experience, ideally on transactional systems.
• Test automation skills and a correctness-first mindset.
• Ability to reason about edge cases and reconciliation logic.
• Discipline in documenting evidence and reproductions.
