What you'll own

• Translate regulatory and financial controls into product requirements.
• Define the evidence each control must produce, and where it lives.
• Specify reconciliation, reporting, and audit behaviours.
• Keep requirements precise, attributed, and versioned.

What we look for

• Experience in payments, banking, audit, or financial controls.
• Exceptional written precision — figures cited, decisions attributed.
• Comfort reading regulation and turning it into testable requirements.
• Systems thinking across product, finance, and compliance.
