You will lead how NXOPAY applies AI and automation — including the AI-assisted review used in this very hiring process. The bar is applied, evidence-led, and accountable: automation that is auditable and improves financial truth.

• Lead applied AI and automation across review, reconciliation, and tooling.
• Build automation that is auditable, measurable, and reversible.
• Set the standard for responsible, disclosed AI use internally.
• Mentor engineers adopting automation in their workflows.

• Judgement about where automation belongs — and where it does not.

• Leadership experience or clear readiness for it.
